Ace Aviation Gears is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

Artwork Acceptance Policy

Ace Aviation Gears reserves the right to decline artwork that includes:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Violence or graphic imagery
  • Illegal activities
  • Drug-related content
  • Gambling promotions
  • Copyright or trademark violations

Customers may submit revised artwork if the original design cannot be accepted.
